Silence Hatred
Alone she stayed,
In darkness she prayed.
Forsaken soul,
With purposes unknown.
Fingers; they pointed
Like blades for murder.
Smiles from hearts
Nurtured by hate.
She cried and cried
In silence she cried
Torment from pain
Love was born
Headless figures
Lending a hand.
Eyes thirsting for tears,
Drowned with no mercy.
So lost, a maiden in chains
Why were you born?
A question she asked
Silence replied.
A voice from her heart
Said without a sound;
“Blood from me,
Set them free”
Neither sadness nor happiness
Filled her thoughts.
Quietly she lay
Waiting for darkness to consume.
How clam it flow,
Away from herself.
In tears she cried,
The first in happiness.
